Kentucky Striper Club, Inc. 2005 Generic Tournament Rules/Entry Form
ALL TOURNAMENTS HELD ON EASTERN TIME!
All tournaments are captains choice, the Kentucky Striper Club assumes no responsibility for the safety or liability for individual contestants. It is the sole responsibility of each captain or team that decides to participate.

The KSC president and tournament committee chaiman, or their designated representative reserves the right to disqualify any participant for unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior during club sanctioned tournaments.

All contestants will be allowed to start at the ramp of their choice as long as they have preregistered and paid their entry fee 24 hours in advance.

Unless otherwise noted tournament fees wIll be $15 dollars per boat for KSC members and $25.00 dollars per boat for all others.

All boats or teams will consist of a maximum of 4 participants.

Pay out will be 50% for 1st, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd place (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED). All tournaments are 90% payouts.

Teams may be on the water early, but no lines in the water until the designated start time.

Any challenges or disagreements will be decided by the tournament committee chairman and KSC president. Their decision will be final.

All rules and laws of the state in which the tourament is held apply.
